Welcome to South Atlanta Firearms Training ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). You must be at least 18 years old to purchase firearms, ammunition, or other restricted products from us. By using our services, you confirm that you meet all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership and purchases.

You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to firearm ownership, purchase, and usage. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are legally permitted to own and use any products purchased from us.
4. Orders & Payment
We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion. Orders may require verification of identity and compliance with all applicable laws. Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in full before orders are processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in compliance with all federal regulations. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and FFL information. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, regulatory reviews, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Firearms & Ammunition: All firearm and ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed. Other Products: Non-firearm items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Restocking fees may apply.
